Wedding Day Management 

While this service is commonly referred to as “day-of coordination,” we can assure you it’s that AND so much more! We will be there to support you on your special day, as well as during the months leading up to it. As with any of our services, our relationship with our clients begins when you sign a contract. We are here to be a resources for you in the time leading up to your wedding in order to make the process as stress-free as possible!

Investment: $2500  (Can be customized to meet your needs if you desire more than what this service offers)

Service includes:

  • 5 structured meetings with Bustle & Lace, LLC prior to your wedding day
    • Includes the scheduling and coordination of your final venue walk through
  • Wedding day timeline designed by us with your input (editing done together)
  • Vendor coordination around wedding day timeline and day-of logistics
  • Floor plan design
  • Set-up and take-down of personal decor items on your wedding day
  • Ceremony rehearsal management
  • Lead planner (Michelle) onsite for the full day (no hourly max) AND an assistant onsite for up to 8 hours
  • Unlimited email communication (no restrictions)
  • Access to us throughout the wedding planning process – our relationship begins when you sign a contract!

Partial Wedding Planning

This is a great service for couples wanting a little more accountability and support throughout the planning process.  As a part of this process, we design monthly (or bi-monthly) meetings to help structure our time together and ensure you’re always aware of priorities + next steps within the planning process. We also share additional planning tools and resources (like a monthly planning checklist) to help keep you organized leading up to your special day.

Investment starts at $4800  (Customized to meet each client’s specific needs)

Service includes (but is not limited to):

  • Monthly (or bi-monthly) planning calls with Bustle and Lace, LLC
  • Unlimited vendor recommendations (vendors have been vetted for quality/excellence)
    • Vendor proposal sourcing, upon request.

  • Monthly planning check-list for all your wedding planning “to-do’s”
  • Floor plan design
  • Wedding budget support + tools
  • Hotel room block sourcing

Full Service Wedding Planning

This service is designed for clients who have BIG visions for their wedding day with minimal time to spend planning and executing.  You will have the final say in the creative and design, and we will handle ALL the details leading up to your special day!

Service includes (but is not limited to):

  • Monthly planning calls with Bustle and Lace, LLC
  • All vendors sourced for your wedding day
  • FULL vendor coordination and management
  • Wedding budget support + tools
  • Wedding stationary sourcing and sending (save-the-dates and invitation)
  • Custom wedding design (tablescape samples, mood boards, etc.)

Venue Search Assistance

No commitment to hire us on as your wedding planner! This is a standalone service that gives you the support you need to find the perfect wedding venue.

The service includes the following:

  • 3-4 meetings (either by phone or Zoom)
    • Will host a dedicated meeting focused on venue brainstorming in order to help source venues that meet your needs, expectations, and stylist preferences.
  • Will support in seeking out venue options that fall within your budget range, date requirements, and location preference.
  • Will conduct the initial outreach to venues that 1) catch your eye OR 2) appear to meet your aesthetic preferences in order to learn more about availability, cost, etc.
    • Will connect you with venue managers if you want to schedule a tour of the venue (virtual/in-person).
  • Will review venue materials/proposals and develop a cost-comparison analysis between your top 2-3 choices in order for you to feel confident in your venue selection.

Timeline for this service is 4-6 weeks with the goal of securing your perfect venue by the end. Venues can book up quickly and therefore we take an effective and efficient approach while still keeping your priorities top of mind.

Investment: $600
